From here it's just a little over a block to H1, which makes for a decisive border between the hubub of urban Honolulu and the quieter residential district of Makiki and Punchbowl.

New Property Manager
We are please to introduce our new property manager Kyle Alvare from Hawaiian Properties taking over for Ryan Nitta. Mahalo to the team at Hawaiian Properties for all the hard work in service of the Victoria Plaza ohana.
Zoom Board Meetings
Victoria Plaza will be conducting following Board meetings via Zoom Video Conferencing. Our meetings are held on Tuesdays and the schedule will be posted in the elevator and bulletin board.

Proper Trash Disposal
New signs have been posted on Trash Chute doors. Please follow the rules and help keep the building sanitary. Be considerate to residents who live nearest to trash chute and abide by proper hours and please recycle.

Have you registered yet for Town Sq? We will be utilizing several features that are offered on the Town Sq platform.

Enclosed by beautiful Royal Palms and Arica Palms, the Victoria Plaza swimming pool is an oasis for our residents.
Recycling Center
Residents are encouraged to recycle aluminum, plastic and glass in our convenient recycling center.
